View Cart"Mountainside Daisy"
A close-up of a bright white and yellow Common Daisy against a green background. Captured on the green slopes of the Rocky Mountains along the highway leading to Crowsnest Pass in Alberta, Canada.
The Common Daisy (bellis perennis) is naturalized widely throughout North America. While Alberta is not generally within the normal range of this species of flower, British Columbia is, so Crowsnest Pass is not too far out of range.
Many related plants also share the name “Daisy”, so to distinguish this species from other daisies it is sometimes qualified as Common Daisy, Lawn Daisy or occasionally English daisy.
