Apparently magpies like "Spam" too! Someone left a can of Spam in the park today and the magpies not only figured out how to open it but they were all taking turns feasting on their new found treasure.

Reticulated Giraffes - Photo of the Day - January 15th, 2011

They have orange-brown spots clearly defined from other spots by white lines, creating a net-like pattern. They also have spots going down their legs.

Giraffes are hunted occasionally for their pelt and tails, and they are also slightly impacted by habitat destruction.

Reticulated giraffes are found in the Savannahs and open woodlands. Prefer open areas where they can use their huge eyes to see any predators approaching.
