"Groundhog"
A female groundhog moves closer to investigate the camera.
This groundhog was raised in captivity and is part of a wildlife education program. From her, people get to learn about these reclusive creatures, who are the largest members of the squirrel family native to Canada.
Taken at the Muskoka Wildlife Center near Orillia, Ontario, Canada; using a Canon Digital Rebel with an 18-55mm lens.
